EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Mandatory Requirement: Please provide an unboxing video and the original invoice as evidence when submitting any exchange, return, or refund request. This is a mandatory requirement for all cases. Requests without an unboxing video will not be processed.
1. EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for exchange:
Original tags, price labels, brand cards, accessories, and gifts (if any) must be intact.
No signs of use, alteration, or laundering. (Items that have been tailored, washed, or have stains from makeup, tan lines, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, body odor, perspiration, or any visible stains will not be accepted).
Full-price items or items with manufacturing defects (incorrect color, size, model, or technical faults).
Specifically, we do not accept exchanges for:
Sale items or products purchased during promotional programs.
Custom-made items (made-to-measure) that were produced accurately according to the provided measurements.
Delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If the returned product is damaged, used, or fails to meet the above requirements, no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGE VALUE:
The exchange value is based on the original purchase price, excluding intermediary fees, shipping costs, taxes, or customs duties.
If the new item has a lower value than the original, the balance will be issued as a voucher for future purchases.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once Mirer confirms receipt of your request, the customer is responsible for coordinating with the carrier/customs and must provide the shipping documents and tracking number to Mirer via:

The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
Manufacturer Error: Mirer covers 100% of the two-way shipping costs.
Customer Preference (Change of mind): The customer is responsible for all two-way shipping fees, customs duties, and related costs.
Note from Mirer:
We are not responsible for lost packages and reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the product is lost in transit.
Exchange requests will be canceled if the return shipping process exceeds 14 days for international orders.
2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return and refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of order receipt.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Incorrect product/manufacturing defect where no replacement is available, or the customer does not wish to exchange for another model.
The product must be brand new, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging for a full refund.

RETURN PROCESS
Submit your request with the unboxing video and invoice within 48 hours to Mirer's facebook or instagram page:

Mirer confirms receipt of the return request.
The customer may authorize Mirer to arrange the return shipping or arrange it independently. If arranging independently, the customer must provide the shipping documents and tracking number to: [Insert Contact].
Post-inspection results:
If the item fails to meet conditions: Mirer will ship the item back to the customer. No refund will be issued. The customer bears all two-way shipping costs.
If the item meets conditions: Mirer will process the refund for the product and any applicable shipping fees (paid by the customer) to the original payment method within 15 days for international orders.

RETURN REGULATIONS:
We are not responsible for lost packages and will refuse refunds if the product is lost when the customer arranges their own return shipping.
Return requests will be canceled if the return shipping process exceeds 14 days from the date Mirer confirms the request.
